A Yoga and Naturopathy Physician graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. A YOS certified Master trainer in personal and clinical fitness. She completed her Fellowship on Basic and Advanced Acupuncture from National Institute of Naturopathy.
Dr. Rita consults for Lifestyle Diseases, Hormonal Imbalance, Natural Pain Management, Personal Fitness and Wellness at Fitnaturally- Lifestyle and Fitness Clinic.
She is the former President of Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA), Goa and the General Secretary, Indian Naturopathy and Yoga Graduates Medical Association (INYGMA), Goa Chapter and She is a Member of the Goa Council of Ayurvedic and other allied Indian systems of Medicine and a Life member of Indian Academy of Fitness Training.
She has served as a Yoga instructor at Rosary College Commerce and Arts, Navelim, South Goa and as an Acupuncture Physician at Lotus Nature Cure, South Goa. She has conducted several Women and Children’s fitness camps.
Dr. Rita offered her services as a Yoga and Naturopathy Physician, District Hospital, South Goa and has served as Ayush Doctor at Directorate of Health Services, Goa.
Dr.Rita being a nature lover enjoys her time in nature photography and feeds her soul through the magic of dance and music. A Passionate public speaker, she strongly believes in the principles of Naturopathy DOCERE – Doctor is a teacher and the Nature is the greatest healer.
